Painted those brackets. Found sample paint for a couple bucks.

Cool thing I found was clear PVC primer. Now I didn't have to cover up the purple stuff.

Inside the Media Center closet.

This was pretty scary but so far no leaks. It's not under pressure and will only be used once a week so I'm pretty confident now that I should have no problems.

Sorry, had to show off our Media Center closet that I just did.

Outside the house and storing the water to water the plants. I think I will lower the tube so it doesn't collect water.

Regarding the clear tube that you have outside, hanging from the wall. Don't you think algae is going to start to grow in the inner walls of the tubing if sunlight is making direct contact with the tube?

Yes, but it doesn't matter to me. It's just dirty water that doesn't touch the tank. But I will be moving it to a downward angle so it doesn't collect.

Very nice! and I agree that it sure doesn't look like you were "winging it" :bling:

as for the Drift wood looking ugly, i think all it needed was some sort of substrate (small gravel) and it would look much better. then you could even throw in some of the more hardy slow-growing aquatic plants and the tank would look very nice. however, if you want the focus of your tank to be this beautiful arowana, then i must agree that having nothing in the tank works much better :D

Well done stand, filter set up, and light cabinet. Thanks for sharing :)
