you not worried. about the diffrent tempture needs of the kois and aros?

good question, as Kois are indeed traditionally cold water and aro tropical, but the Kois in this country (Philippines) have been bred here in our tropical waters and I believe have acclimated well to our climate, my pond temp is pretty much around 27 degree Celsius give or take a degree or two all year round.

He's about 20" or so. Am quite suprised how flawless this guy is considering he was being sold at the LFS. I hardly ever buy from LFS but try to buy/save monster fish from other hobbyists. But this one seemed to be a keeper.

Playing with the other ID and reassuring him that he's still the favorite... not! :naughty:

Nice pickup. Do the sharks get on together?

By get on, do you mean, they get along? Answer is YES. ID sharks are pretty tame and totally harmless. Not bothering anybody at all but can just be a bit aggressive when it's feeding time.

The two blacks most of the time swim around the diameter of the pool almost against the wall, they swim countering each other's direction, weird they almost hit each other head on most of the time. They usually swim at the top because I feed them floating pellets, they're constantly waiting for food I guess. The new albino swims at the bottom. The arowana swims at the top obviously but more in the middle of the pond, criss crossing it. The kois, swim everywhere. The knife and GGs hardly swim at all.

So apparently everyone missed this but me.....WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL YOUR ROCK AND THE STUFF YOU WORKED SO HARD ON IN THE BEGINNING? lol. Why the change?

The more decorations = More places for filth to hide = The dirtier the water.

My water is so clear now, it's like my monsters are floating on thin air. Seriously, my water is so pristine and clear, I can cry. :D

NO TO DECOR!
