i had him since the summer so i'd say 2'' since then maybe, i heard they slow down alot after 12-13'' mark. my lacerdae and missiones are growing like crazy they both were around 5 '' and now they are at least 8-9'' a piece and I had them for like since june 09

Mine has grown 1.5" since Oct. so just less the .5" a month.

Looks like a Lacerdae to me but I'm not the best at ID'ng them.

Here are mine:

I just seem these at Big Al's.......only about 3 inches but great looking fish!!
Do you know what they are called and anything about them like;
size when full grown,color(the ones I seen had a few more orange spots on
their sides...is this because they are juvies?????),what they eat, compatibility,etc thanks
P.S.- I am talking about the fish in the last photo.
