The mala is now at 11.5"+ and I didn't measure the Red wolf, probably still just a little over 8".

Well I am letting go my biggest wolf fish it is about 12~13"....
Those from SG might able to keep mine from 1 of the fish shop.

Please help ID my wolf what kind of black is it?? And will the left eye heal??
Any info for this guy as it what the max size...

i believe that is its right eye,not left.

im not too sure on variant,and thus am not sure on max size.
but the eye will heal.

It is the smaller of the two Black Wolves. Sometimes refered to as the Xingu. It will probably max at 12"- 13".

My first had the same eye issue as yours. It won't clear, It's caused by some sort of eye fluke. It won't effect it long term.

it looks to me like its on the surface of the eye?
ive had quite a few fish come in like that and they all lost it after a while.
either way,just add salt and bump up the temp and see if it goes away.
as long as hes healthy and eating i wouldnt worry.

I hadn't seen that. Yes it does look like it's on the surface. Should heal pretty quickly.
