I also have seen there are issues with plecos and bichir living together, I have 3 different species of pleco ranging from 3"-16" with my Congo bichir (9") and have had no issues with hostility for a couple of years now. So I find that very interesting

As long as they are well fed, there shouldn't be any problems.

They are all well fed. I feed them small sinking pellet, the large common will also work on freeze dried shrimp and other scrap from the other fish feedings.

Though I did get some interesting photos of my bichir attempting to eat a pictus catfish last night, and today it is swimming around just fine.
