Awesome Plecos! I'm the loser with just a common. I got him CHEAP when he outgrew his previous owners tank. Not at all fancy but he's big and ugly and I love him!

Out of all plecos I've owned....the commons were some of the better ones.

My Golden Royal is just a baby, but it sure was worth every penny, for the size it is very active.

I also have seen there are issues with plecos and bichir living together, I have 3 different species of pleco ranging from 3"-16" with my Congo bichir (9") and have had no issues with hostility for a couple of years now. So I find that very interesting
