Id be weary of it on a big tank. If you read it, it needs to be painted on porous surfaces so it expands into it and makes it a "seal". I guess build it and keep it outside for a month, drain it and check every single area for moisture.

The big tank isnt going to be drylok on ply. Its going to be all hardiboard. Drylok on hardiboard is proven to seal.

i get Hardiboard cheap, 4x8 for 10$. (1/2 inch) ill brace the crap out of it and i wont need ply (maybe for the sides). I wanna make a 48"x30"x18"

na alone I ment as just cement board! He has a frame + board. Ill have to look at that thread more later, going out in a few, pics look sweet there though
