The moss is Fissidens Fontanus and the plant is cabomba furcata.

The pixs with the large swords are befor the make over. Mated pair of Discus call the tank home....

Added some more Lobelia cardinalis and Cabomba furcata, and patiently waiting for the dwarf sag to fill in.
