Yep turn out surrounding room light and just use the tank light for your source switch off your flash and get close to the tank be real steady even a tremble will cause the photo to come out distorted..

Also you may want to experiment with your settings to see what is best for you..

no i have no pics of the 80 sorry. i had lots of fish, i remember neolamprologus Brichardi.
starteed with 2. they paired up and kept breeding, the older babies began to help protect their siblings and ended up with about 40 of them. great fish.

the nano is very small. it was sold as a marine one, it has lights and filter heater etc all build into a system on the back.

You should be ok with maybe 3 Neolamp Multi's to start with depending on size of nano tank..
