One other option (it is easier for me and I water the lawn instead of the sink) is to get a drinking water safe water hose and attach the python to that out in your yard/garden. Works like a charm and once I get the syphon going and finish vacuuming the sand I turn off the hose and let the syphon drain the tank which saves water.
Python doesn't fit with my faucet. Any suggestions?
