How long should i leave him in there for ?

He wouldnt eat the peas. Im gonna try epsom soaked pellets and see how it goes

I would treat the tank with Epsom(as long as you don't have salt sensitive species), after a few days start doing water changes

Thanks rock. Would the poop look white and stringy ? So far i havent noticed any.

Also if it is an infestation im thinking i would have to treat the whole tank right ?

All fish were treated with parasite gaurd when first purchased

Yes the whole tank would have to be treated if you decide to go the levimasole route. Treatment would have to occur on your day off so that you can observe if any "worms" are released. You would then need to vacuum any of the worms to prevent re-infestation.

Yup also have some hex shield on hand...thanks i totally forgot i even had it

Betterr vid....damn this looks like the pics of callamanus i compareed them to from a google search.

What do you guys think ? If it is im thinking i have to remove all the sand from the tank and what about the worms getting into the filters ?

Agreed, Levamisole is the med of choice, but not at the dosage rate stated in the link posted above.
........

http://www.loaches.com/Members/shari2/levamisole-hydrochloride-1

It appears that the scientific community considers 2ppm of Levamisole HCl to be an adequate dosage, which works out to 1gr per 100 gallons, not 5gr per 100 gallons as constantly reported on the internet.

The 5gr dosage rate originates from Charles Harrison, who is a chemist/ fish hobbyist, that sells Levamisole HCl, not a VMD that specializes in treating tropical fish. (such as Dr. Roy Yanong)

http://fishweb.ifas.ufl.edu/Yanong/Yanong.htm

Dr. Yanong also suggests that the treatment duration be 24 hrs, not 3 days as currently suggested by Charles Harrison. .....

Good luck.
