The activity varies specimen to specimen. Lucky to get one that begs like a cichlid. But malas are nocturnal, where as curus, the one I kept anyway, was active both day and night and seemed to take naps throughout both.
If you wanna comm them put the mala first. That'll be your best bet.

Can't believe I got him home (after the seller has him in a bucket on arrival) and he has a dodgy eye too wtf!!! Partially my fault for not checking properly I guess.
The seller has been understanding and is refunding me to the same cost as the other one with the dodgy eye up the country!?
A bit gutted but he offered a refund but it's a 2hr round trip....
