Reptiles that don't need lamps

Just a general question, are there reptile species that can be kept in an enclosure without the use of heating lamps and UV, or are these absolutely necessary for all reptiles. Sorry for the newbie question, I've only kept turtles and some lizards in the past and used these items, but just curious if particular types don't need these.

Where you live I imagine you could keep some stuff outside. Is it just heat lights you don't want, or all heating equipment (matts/ceramics etc.)?

You could get away with Leos since they only need a heat mat. But you would need to make sure the area that you keep them in is warm since the mat won't warm up the air inside the tank.

You can count most, if not all snakes in then.

Snakes, cresties, leo's, leachies...most gecko's don't need UVB - I can't think of a single snake that does off the top of my head.

snakes. Corns as long as you can get them to eat, are very undemanding and don't need elaborate set ups.
