RTC and TSN Information

so i got an RTC today hes about 2inches whats the best food for it at this point?

i have 2 rtc in 1 tank, they sometimes bite each other.. why ??

I'm thinking about getting an RTC to put into my 1500 gallon pond. The pond already has two 5 inch ID sharks and a 4 inch blue channel cat. Should I just toss the RTC in there with them right away or should I keep him in a tank for growth?

Worms and small chunks of shrimp or fish

The main things I'mn worried about are feeding the little cutie and temperatures in Winter.

Haha, I know that but I don't think aquarium heaters are enough. ANd once I sell all of my koi fish in the back pond I'm relocating the cats back there. I found out that the TSN is actually a TSNxRTC hybrid. Should I just get him or stick with the RTC? Pros and cons of both please?

I've got an 8 inch redtail catfish now.. the problem is whenever i wanna hand feed him with food, he would swim away or try to avoid it.. any suggestions on how i can hand feed him?
