Setting up New Tank

Everything seems to be settling in with the new fish. One of the Zebras already coloring up and the dominant yellow lab is gorgeous, bright yellow with well defined black dorsal stripe. Very active group.

Just a quick update. Tank is looking good. I have roughly 60 fry in a separate 10 gal grow out tank six of which are almost big enough to add back to main tank. I did add an AC 110 to help clear up the water.

Annual update on the tank. Set up with fish one year. Fish are doing exceptionally well. Aggression seems to be spread out with no casualties in months. I would say that the yellow labs with the Zebras has been a successful pairing.

Have not updated this for quite some time but everything in this tank is stable. Plants are doing well and spreading. Fish population has not changed in almost very long time. I constantly have both species holding fry but none have survived in tank. It is too hard to catch and strip the females with all the plants.

Been good following this thread. I like the pairing of these two species.
Plants are growing a treat.
I am assuming the increase in numbers is all from home births?
