Muske- I have 2 heaters in there because the tank is in the entrence room here and it is pretty cool in there. I had just the one heater before adding the fish and was having a hard time keeping the temp about 70..I got the other heater and added it, now the tank is staying at a steady 78 where I really wanted it. I agree normally, no I wouldn't have 2 heaters in the tank, and when I am able to move and set it up inside where I normally would set a tank up I will most likely be taking one out, but for now that is the only place I was allowed to set one up so...2 heaters for now
Here is what I am looking at for a stock list:
Iodotropehues sperengae - 1 male 3 female
Cynotilapia afra - 1 male 2 female
Pseudotropheus socolofi albino - 1 male 2 female
Pseudotrophues acei - 1 male 2 female.
With possibly a couple more females to a couple groups of those, or ditch one group and look at 3 or 4 male peacocks. (My hap has taken place of at least one of the peacocks)
Along with:3-4 Synodontis
As for the peacocks I am looking into...well,
Aulonocara "German Red"
OB Peacock
Aulonocara Jacob "Undu Reef"

They are jungle Vals...they are pretty thick, hard leaves and I have veggie flakes I am feeding them. From what I read, yes they may mess with them some..but they really shouldn't bother them much because of the hardness of the leaves, also making sure they get plenty of veggies should help some.roombo;2317968; said:
