species tank - 75g wet dry. sand bottom and rock / fake plants. water was fairly hard from tap - and buffered with coral gravel in one of the trays.
fish were fed mostly frozen brine / bloodworm and good marine flake. bought five at about an inch and a half from an LFS (i had them on a want list for like a year and they finally found some) = within 6 months there were two left.
began breeding about three months before we moved - fry twice but they were still learning to be parents and ate them both times. had to give them away
anyway - this is the male. these are beautiful fish - will always be my favorite.
