Nice pic. Well the main thing is just making sure she doesn't develop a sunken stomach. Give her some time she'll lay stakes on her own little piece of land. when she does you can also try putting two pieces in. One near her territory and one big one over by everyone else.

Here's a picture of my Xingu Royal pleco at 3inch approx.
Have 2 of them and been keeping them for almost 2 months
now with an albino which is about same size approx.

Nice Royal. I'm picking one up Sunday (hopefully), I may also get a L239 Blue Panaque from the same guy. I haven't seen it yet, but he said it was the nicest shade of blue he's ever seen.

somethinsfishy, the hemiancistrus looks to be an L200. How big is it?
