So my daughter's 2nd grade class took a field trip to IFAS - the U of Florida fisheries, ag, etc. program. They do a "fishing for success" education thing, where the kids get to learn about ecosystems, the inverts, the fish, etc. Part of what they do is show off native fish *and* the invasives. So apparently the pleco is one of the most invasive species. Dude reaches into a tank and pulls this little one out... thought y'all may like to see it.
