Nope,that is still a fish from the panaque aff. maccus group althoug it does have this similar markings. I had a juvie a while back that looked the same way.

It's a L191 and max size "30-35cm"

Great looking Hifin L200, Baryancistrus demantoides.

Closer to 20-25cm realistically, i've still yet to see pictures of one that was larger than 7-8" inches
