thanks .. the top two pics are of a Pterygoplichthys Joselimaianus L001 or L022 which are the same...aka gold spot nugget... aka sail fin gold spot.. and the bottom pic is my 13 inch Adonis... almost lost all his spots...

So I was a little off!! Never seen a bigger size Adonis withouut the spots. The other I should have been able to guess better than I did! thanks for the reply.

They start growing when they are smaller but I think the diet helps alot. I've seen many panaques at 8-9" with whiskers.

What diet do you recommend?

I feed Generic Algae Tabs and Zucchini's mainly and have plenty of driftwood in the tank.

I want mine to have Whiskers.. Do you know if all royals get whiskers or specific types?
