Thanks. Whenever the 183 isn't hiding I find my eyes glued to it as well, I never see them online and I haven't seen them in the fish stores since December. If the LFS ever gets more I'm going to probably pick up another 4 or 5 of them.
 
They are a seasonal plec, and currently are unavailable. Later in the year they will become available again.
 
Being Ancistrus, they are quite commonly bred here and so aren't prone to seasons so much.
