Is the number of holes increasing?

Whatever it is, I would increase water changes to at least 50% and add salt. 1.5 - 3 Gramm per litre.

Luckily it doesn't seem to be spreading, I need to count the holes today to be sure though.

Id def. get a real ammonia test kit. New pic the wounds seems redder than the 1st round of pics. It might just be ammonia burns at this point after old wounds or heater burns initially.
