Time for some updates

Been watching their development and noticing the male very closely. One thing is I doubt if there are any more than 6-8 eggs in there. Understandably the male must have picked up whatever were there. I am starting to see lil movement in there which tells me I need to act very soon. The swelling is still there but nothing to signal that there are plenty of lil ones.
This week I plan to setup the tumbler and strip him and procure the lil ones. Hopefully I am capable of it with zero experience

Will try and get videos of the stripping. Fingers crossed

Day 41
Had to wrestle with the big guy after his few jumping escapades. I had truly underestimated his might and I am absolutely humbled and filled with joy to have been gifted this experience.
The lil guys are awesome. Will check up on the father in the morning.

got some 30 odd fellas to my surprise

It's day 44 today. The egg sacks have gone except for one. Tried tiny lil guppy fries, crushed pellets, dry shrimps to no avail. So heading towards tiny meal worms, flakes etc.

Any inputs on what to feed?

Freeze dried blood worms
Nothing nutritious in that but atleast it gives me a cue point to start experimenting slowly
