Smallest tank mates for a snowflake moray

What would the absolute smallest fish possible to keep with a snowflake moray eel? I am thinking of doing a fowlr due to the price of coral and just going with some cool fish that I couldn't have with coral, maybe a small puffer or some type of small parrot fish along with the school of chromis and dart fish I was planning on. My main question though is would a snowflake eel, if bought as a pencil sized baby and fed frozen and freeze dried, go after fish like chromis, dart fish and barberi clownfish? My tank is a 125 so the eel will have plenty of room as it grows

My ~18" snowflake eel has lived with two ~1" damselfishes & a ~5" undulate trigger for almost a year now.

You really have to watch with invertebrates & nippy fishes as these eels feed on invertebrates such as crabs in the wild & the nippy fishes will bite the eel; I took a huge hit to my dwarf blue leg hermit crab population when I was on vacation as the eel ate the crabs (this was expected & fine with me, of course). Just be sure to give it plenty of hiding spots, e.g. caves in live rock, and feed it daily, and you'll be fine with keeping it with other fishes.
 
Ok the smallest fish in the tank will be fire dart fish, tuxedo damselfish and some sort of fijian clown. All the other fish should be 3"+ and bulkier like half black angel, reef chromis, long nosed hawk and some wrasse like six lines and fairies. I just was reading on Fiji and Vanuatu which is what I'm basing my tank off of and it said that smaller moray species frequent the areas living in the rock and under the coral growth. How would the eel fair with some corals like mushrooms and maybe some Lps? Would it bother them?

Also I'm planning on using more snails than crabs for invert pop since I can get them cheaper and there's a species for every job you'd need in an invert crew

The snowflake moray eel is not 100% reef safe as eat will eat any and all crustaceans in your aquarium. It can be kept with corals, anemones and gorgonians but the moray might accidentally damage corals or tip them over while exploring the aquarium

The fire fish might get eaten by the eel if the eel gets hungry and/or misses a meal or two; everything else should be fine as long as they don't nip at the eel. I wouldn't bother with any corals as the eel will most likely damage them as it explores its home; mine would always accidentally knock over & break off any corals that were in the aquarium during its nightly adventures.
 
Ok so I I want to do any living decor it needs to be soft. I was thinking of doing some mushroom or frog spawn corals an then some dragons eye lps. Def no sps like acropora though
