If your a kid then:
When you see kids throwing snowballs at each other its looks fun but it hurts as most kids throw ice balls instead. When you do get hit by a proper snowball they tend to explode and end up melting on your skin making you very cold and wet and when your playing in 0 degrees this makes you even more cold.
After that make a snowman with cold snow and this pretty much leads to hypothermia.
Then add the wind chill factor
If your an adult then:
It looks nice and pretty if it does happen to snow on xmas day when you tend not to drive anywhere. On any another day snow added to roads equals to 2 things:
1.Ice, which results in instant death if the roads have not been gritted(a salt based powered gets sprayed over the main roads to prevent them freezing)
2.Slush, when snow gets wet from driving on it it turns into a horrible black substance that not only makes everything a mess but can also lead to point 1

At least once... be it just to remember what a joy it is really to live in a tropical island where the coldest it gets is 9 degrees Celsius (and that happened only once - winters normally show an average of 12 degrees) and the warmest is at 30 degrees.
