no 5 years are nothing for an animal that can get more than 150 years old...And please...Thailand...thats not even a functional country.

explain me please, why an anadromous fish that lives in salt and freshwater was nable to inhabit tropic waters in more han 350 million years. What do you think is the reason for that?

it didnt have enough selective pressure for it to move and adapt to tropical waters. :)

I agree with everything you state here, but Darius could really stop being so provocative. Everytime he does that, some idiot insults him, a 10 page argument develops and a mod closes.
Every time.
Every, every time.

You mean like this?

I'll reopen the thread if we can agree to stay on-topic and keep the conversation civil while still providing both perspectives in a constructive fashion. Please PM me if any of you have any questions.

You're all quite comical with these excuses... The fact is, Sturgeon CAN live in tropical temperatures, mine is and other people have said it... You can post on here that they can't but me and some others are the ones that have living proof, and saying it will die in 6 months is simply a way of avoiding being wrong, ill come back next month, and the months after, let's see what excuses you can think of by then.. Maybe my sturgeon has magic genes that allow it to live in warm water? The fact is that an animal like fish especially will show signs if something is wrong, and my sturgeon is thriving.
