Does the con cause damage to other fish ?

My 8 inch del ate 3 3inch mollys in one night so watch out all fish are different though. I would say any upper jaw besides and ornate should work.

To be honest, the convict isn't that aggressive, he just occasionally nips my leopard ctenopoma and goldfish, but he doesn't constantly bully them since he always occupies himself. He's entirely scared of my ebjd so I think that's why he's toned it down, though the ebjd isn't aggressive to anyone.

Think I might pass on the bichirs; they seem too unpredictable to me. Or, I'll just wait until my fish are bigger before getting one. Thanks for the help.

That convict likely keeps the ebjd in his place, but I don't ink ebjd are real aggressive anyway idk, I've never kept one. To bright for me.
