There is debate on whether the anti caking stuff is really toxic too. Some say yes, others say no. I can't say for sure either way. It's easy enough to find salt that doesn't have it though, so I figure it's probably not worth the risk.
Last time I had Ich I used Mortons Table Salt along with Coppersafe. I just looked at the carton and it says caking agents. Luckily I didn't loose any fish from it. I am not using that brand this time though.
