Tangled up in cichlids

I reached out via Facebook, which prompted me to email him, so I emailed him and have yet to receive an answer...going on three weeks + now without a reply. Prob just getting used to the new biz, I may give him another shot later on.

I ended up going back to trustworthy Dan at CoA and he came through yet again.

I emailed before Christmas and got numerous quick responses. We decided to hold off on my order until after the holidays, so I'll be reaching out again next week to get an order in.

I spoke to him on phone and email.

I placed and paid for overnight Saturday delivery for tomorrow morning.

Never received tracking number but he said the guy at the UPS store never scanned his boxes.

He did provide me with a picture of my box with name and address on it. He said he takes a picture of every outgoing order.

He said that the tracking number would most likely be updated at the next hub.

My fingers are crossed. Temperature here tomorrow morning is 37 degrees.

I'll update tomorrow if my order shows up.
 
Update....

My package never arrived and it's 1:20 p.m. on Saturday.

The tracking number was never registered in the UPS system because the package was not scanned upon pickup.

In my opinion live fish should be scanned in the owner's presence before being picked up. If the UPS driver refuses to scan packages upon pickup then the fish should be dropped off at a UPS store.

If neither one of these two scenarios is possible then I would suggest the business use FedEx because they are required to scan all pick pickups.

Needless to say this is been extreme disappointment and I've wasted half my Saturday.

I have asked for a 100% refund and I will update if I receive it or not.
