Have you said how you're going to divide the 5,000 when u take the wall down or are Sam and the others going into a holding tank/pond?
Mmmmmm....I THINK I understand that. You mean build a temporary structural wall INSIDE the 5,000 and line it while you take down the existing sidewall, seal and fill...? Then remove temp. stuff and free the fishies.... This I HAVE to see! Good luck man!johnptc;960204; said:schedule: keep working once the plexi is in two weeks for the silicone to cure.
the plan......
is to build a structural wall on the left hand side....about 12 inches from the existing wall. then slide some sheet metal in and place a pondliner in the tank with all fish inside it. once in place drain the left 12 inches of the tank...cut the wall, seal the exposed surfaces and fill the new tank....remove the temp wall and pondliner

It's much easier to manage than the Sony web interface that you're using now and it's easier for the public to view as well. Within the Ustream interface, you could even record the video from the feedings so people could watch it anytime. Also, you can still password the access if you want too. Just a thought. Your show would be top 10 pretty quickly I'm sure. ;o) Awesome tank!
