  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
this is gonna be awesome... btw, how do you clean the the bottom of your big tanks? or you don't have to clean it anymore when it's this big

best of luck on finishing the project. If I don't get to do my 12,000 gal tank I have planned by the time my jau is 5' you can have it lol. I should be done way before then though lol. What's the price tag on all the block work, and rebar combined? Price on the glass? I want to to make my tank 4' tall. Probably be pretty huge though. Thinking of going with a square design. Not sure though might be too many dead spots in a square. I am just going to build it outside. I'd imagine the concrete insulates very well. Is the tank hard to heat? Sorry for so many questions. As always love the cats and pimas!

Thats really cool, not sure if this was asked, but are you going to knock down that wall between the 2 main tanks? or just pull the glass?

concrete block in LA is about 90 cents each, rebar is 50 cents per pound.....600 blocks and maybe 500 +- pounds of rebar

current price on USA 2 inch cell cast acrylic 72x120 is $2800

there is a lot of current so it never really looks dirty...can use a pump and hose to blow it around and let the filters clean the water for deeper cleaning

Good to see your getting on well, looking good. Are you planning on finishing this month?
