You just gotta be more careful when using the lathe. I for one PWN lathes. I'm maing stuff for school on 'em now.

i took the cardboard off the refinished plexi........

and you can see the additional seal on the plexi.

the leak was not between the plexi and the 4x4 ss angle but between the angle and the block.

i sealed 360 degrees and just waiting for the rtv silicone ( dow 832) to cure a little more....

on the bottom i filled the gap with spray in foam and covered the foam with fiberglass cloth and pond shield.......then the silicone went over everything
