Well things have taken a turn for the worst. Instant Ocean failed me. Bio spira was defective i think i am on the phone with them as we speak. My ammonia and nitrite went off the chart without me noticing for a day. I caught the amon at 1.0 just in time
. Tank is cycling and i am pissed cause that 130 dollars on bio spira was a waste!! they better send me some free salt so i can make up for some of the cash i wasted. Bastards! Pics later today, ill show you guys how the tank looks, its cloudy and destroyed right now, but the params are decent levels, keeping them in check with massive water changes. But no ill effects on fish lol, they are retarded and wouldn't know if acid was dropped in the tank. I bought a 12-14 inch s squirrel fish and it was torn apart by the triggers. They dug his eyes out and the green took the rest of it lol. 80$ down the drain.... hope that meal was worth it.
just got that 130 dollars worth of bio spira credited. I am pushing for cash though, hopefully they will give me what i want.
sorry you found out the hard way, but we have talked about that crap on here for years... Bio Spira is a gimmick and does NOT work 99% of the time unless it is fresh stock and kept refrigerated until use and 99.9% of the time it is kept on a self in a store\warehouse.TheCanuck;4069600; said:
since you have a marine aquarium why not just start with some live rock to help kick start the cycling? I think that would be a better way to spend $130. If it was a FW tank you could of just spent $13 on feeder fish to cycle the tank.
i already have it almost cycled. i have used the stuff with great results in the past. It doesn't matter now, i have 350lbs of sand and rocks in the tank.BushFishRox;4070518; said:

Can you turn your cam the other way? It makes no sense this viewing format. The other way would be a "widescreen" or near it. Even if it's meant to record like this (which I doubt) turning it 90 degrees and uploading will make it much more watchable!superleggera123;4021062; said:
