It is very easy to tell mature males from females if you look at them next to each other. Females are significantly fatter. It's entirely possible you have all females.fishmamma;5098669; said:Idk, I couldn't see his privates!!
I really can't tell the difference, I know that the females are supposed to be a little puffier.. but they kinda all look puffy... and if that were the case, I better start seeing some babies..
I won't take you up on that bet either, cause your very likely to be right!aclockworkorange;5101107; said:It is very easy to tell mature males from females if you look at them next to each other. Females are significantly fatter. It's entirely possible you have all females.
I bet CASH MONEY you won't get a successful spawn in the tank they are in now--just too many fish to eat the eggs. It's unlikely they will even spawn with their current tank mates, but not impossible.
If you really want to breed them, buy a 10 gallon, put them in alone, and do cool water changes every other day, and feed plenty of food. Then remove them and put them back in the 125 once they spawn. That is, if you don't have all females.
