Golovkin defended his belt against Adama. Golovkin is now 29-0 with 26 KOs. It's always fun to watch this guy fight.

Just watched Canelo Alvarez'z destruction of Alfredo Angulo..ref stoppage.If only Canelo looked this good against Mayweather.

Severly one sided fight Canelo destroyed Alfredo tough call for the ref Alfredo had taken serious punishment so I think it was a good stoppage. I too wished Canelo looked better against Mayweather.

Interesting how the ref took the time to explain his actions after the fight.It would be nice if some of the judges could be made to explain the score tallies that some of them come up with.
 
Cotto vs Martinez is setup. I see Martinez getting a late stoppage over Cotto. Both of these guys fight hard and put on entertaining fights.

I remember hearing a week or two ago about Mayweather getting kidnapping and attempted murder charges. This guys an idiot. Apparently someone stole 7 million worth of jewelry, and I understand that he can't just let that slide, but it looks like it wasn't even these guys. Him and his entourage broke their arms and legs, and gave them both a savage beating. I'm sure they will get 7mill + from the law suit.
 
First time hearing of this but if he pissed away seven million dollars on jewelry he deserved to have it stolen....idiot?..yeah.
 
sometimes it's hard to be a MAYWEATHER fan ,,, this would be one of those times,,,it's a good thing I don't have to like the guy to appreciate the skill..first I have heard of it.. I might have to start reading the sports page again..
 
Lee,I tried searching around the net for more information and at this point the story is a rumor..Mayweather has not even been contacted by law enforcement yet supposedly...still agree with you though,it's hard to like the guy.

good to hear it might be b.s.... it would be nice to have one less celebrity type athlete as a cautionary tale...
