He's just greedy,but then I'm not sure if that is the proper word for it.I mean who with his skills and fitness level at this point in his life and with plenty of relatively easy paydays would turn down the money he makes?...His mistake was taking THIS fight....Yeah Trinidad....talk about winning a fight before stepping into the ring.

I was more referring to all the histrionics and aggravation that Hopkins caused Trinidad leading up to that fight.He had him so pissed off and off his game lol.He even caused a near riot during a press conference down in Puerto Rico and had to be evacuated by helicopter lol.

Just like Hopkns and De La Hoya...same size situation.
yeah, and I still question how hurt de la hoya really was in the finish til this day.
I realize it's easy for me to say but from what I recall he was fighting a losing battle and bhop seemed to be getting stronger as the fight went on.

Interesting it looked to me like he was just shut down by a kidney shot.Roy Jones did something similar to Virgil Hill when they fought.
Remember when Roy did that to Hopkins to when he won the IBF? Right was hurt beat him with the left. Loved Roy back in the day.
I don't recall Roy dropping Hopkins when they fought.
