I was offered some fingerlings last year from Russian boarder, but they ship terribly, need pretty cold water. So the answer is no, probably you won't see them. At the same time, there are dedicated people here that would and could house them.

the ones I was offered were captive bred for all the tree huggers.

They obtained them and tried to ship, but all died due to the summer hot weather before being able to ship them.
