ya that did happen and the funny thing is i shipped a couple people 2 day and theres arrived fine and his was overnighted and that happened. if you have talked to him im sure hes told you that id take care of him.
 
oh yea i think he said he was gonna wait till they got bigger and all he had was to ay for shipping? could turn out to be a very interesting fish!
 
heres a couple pics of them now. there growing pretty darn quick. btw voss i sent your buddy like 45 of them to make up for the mishap. he emailed me a little while ago and said they all arrived alive so he should be happy.:)
there are alot of grayer ones and then there are darker ones. i dont know if thats the difference of some taking the trimac trait or the snook trait or difference in sex.

anyone else interested? im going to part with some more while i have some. the female trimac died after the 2nd spawn so if anyone is interested please let me by private message before winter comes. i figure ill sell to about 15 more people then thats it. the rest are mine

well at first when i seen her deat in the back of the tank i figured the snook killed her thinking she was doing something with the eggs because i was pulling them as soon as they were done but after getting her out of the tank she looked unscaved. i think the 2 spawnings was just too much strain on her. she was a beutiful f1 trimac i got from rapps. I am going to get another from him.
 
Thanks again for the new additions to the family fishguts. Here they are in their new home. They will be moved to the 300 gallon later on for even more room for growout once they are big enough.

very nice. looks like you just fed them. there tummys are packed. what are you feeding them? im using crushed flakes and blood worms once in awile for a snack but not to often or they get spoiled and dont hit the flakes as hard.
