my lfs 'waterzoo' just took one silver arowana out of quarantine to display , its up for 60 pounds , 7 day guarentee etc etc ,,

looked about 5 to 6 inch if i remember

i remember it has a lovely red tinge to the edge of the fins

That sounds a wee bit expensive matey, the place i told you about with the Mbu has 3 @ 7"-8" for £45 each if you're after one. Just thpught i'd let you all know and share the wealth

im beginning to think 1 of my baby oscars has been eaten as a healthy breakfast as i cant find him anywhere, maybe hes in league with ur pbass satan planning to take over the fishy world together

oh and my lfs is getting me a 7" arowana for £40 how cool is that paople, dont know what kind it be yet but im hoping he slips up and gets me a gold 1

They grow up so fast, one second there just a cute little juvi, and the next they run away from home and plot to overthrow you....................on the other hand it might be inside a catfish that was supposed to be "off" live food and has never shown any interest in anything live that was smaller than the P-Bass was before




Pair of 5" green sevs anyone? Rescued them the other day, i have no interest in them.

it is a bit pricey , but its cheaper if you are in peterborough as fuel costs to the next nearest place that would hold an aro would make it worth buying the 60 pound one for me ,, (sigh)
