Umbee cichlid, ~14", in 4500 gal

Looks like atrophy from the bacteria called columnaris in the photos.

Thank you. Can you teach me the pointers you are observing, please?
 
The disease seems to be especially virulent at temps of 82'F and above.
My fishes first brush with it came during an Augustheat wave.
Here are some sequential pics of a beanii as the disease progressed and died from the columnaris infection. The jaw started to protrude, more and more, it stopped eating and began to hover in one spot. At first I thought it was a dislocated jaw, but when I tried to snap it back, it wouldn't move, as if it hd solidified into a locked position, the bacteria had destroyed and atrophied the jaw tissue so much.
