Neglected to take pics (we were hungry). I made a pair of Beef Wellingtons (with chopped shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and pate-de-campagne coating), mashed Romanesco broccoli in a swiss cheese sauce, and baby peas with pearl onions and chopped mushrooms.

Found it at Fresh Market. We have it growing in our garden but, it's still far from harvesting.

Very cool and weird looking broccoli. How does it taste? More like cauliflower?
