Nice! I steamed the one in the pic and made butter garlic dipping sauce. The other one I caught was made stir fry with chilli's, garlic, shallots, chives, and green onion! Got one left for tonight. Love how long you can keep muddies alive with just some wet paper towels/towel covering and an occasional salty water soak! You guys eat them all one time? That's a feast!How did you end up cooking it?
We caught some more and ended up just steaming them this time because we were too lazy to cook.
