How did you end up cooking it?

We caught some more and ended up just steaming them this time because we were too lazy to cook.

Nice! I steamed the one in the pic and made butter garlic dipping sauce. The other one I caught was made stir fry with chilli's, garlic, shallots, chives, and green onion! Got one left for tonight. Love how long you can keep muddies alive with just some wet paper towels/towel covering and an occasional salty water soak! You guys eat them all one time? That's a feast!
 
@Timpon I'm gonna take a guess, and say that dipping sauce is: salt, black pepper, and lime juice......yes/no?
 
Tomorrow's dinner had to be started today. My wife made up the mix for lumpia. So, we're spending this evening rolling the lumpia to be cooked tomorrow. We'll also be enjoying some pancit that was combined and warmed through tonight. The shrimp get added tomorrow in a quick saute to heat the whole batch up. Yum!!

What are you doing for dipping sauce?
 
with Italian bread and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing?

With thick sliced garlic bread. We didn't make a lettuce salad. I sliced up a few roma tomatoes and a cucumber and made a common oil and vinegar italian dressing to drizzle over the veggies.
