Can't take credit for this. My mother was visiting and we were at a favorite local Italian ristorante.
What's the name of the ristorante? I can usually trace a restaurant's recipe on line.
The site states it's a reconstruction of the restaurant's recipe. There are tons of sites offering recipes of restaurant foods. You can find copies of KFC's recipe, Chili's babyback ribs, and just about anything else.
We had company today. So, we enjoyed a nice onion-encrusted beef tenderloin roast and had cheese-stuffed eggplant parmesan on the side.
