Depends on what I'm trying to make. I got some vinegar based sauce for pulled pork.

Got some sweet and spicy home made sauce for ribs. It will have some cherry or fruit preserve.

No sauce for brisket. Kind of like it without anything on it. Same with beef ribs.

Mainly home made stuff.
