yea, it turned out AMAZING....i used an 18oz. crust, 2 beefsteak tomatoes, a bout a dozen ad a half Basil leaves, a whole can of sauce, shredded mozzarella and mozzarella ball, sliced and i stuffed the crust w/ rolled-up salami, pepperoni and American cheese.making the crust your self?

I also do them in an "air-tight" heavy duty aluminim foil envelope in the oven t 400F for about 30 mintues or so w/ some Italian or Ceasar dressing or a combination of butter, dressing and olive oil and dry seasons of your choiceBest way to carmelize onions and jalapeños?
