cool im gonna try to make a little and try. can i add other stuff? or this how it's usuallyThis is how I do it. I make around 2 cups of rice. You then add a tablespoon of vegetable/olive oil to 3/4 cups of water in a pot. Add around 1/2lb of chopped jalapenos and a medium sized chopped onion. Bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and a medium sized tomato drop temp and let simmer for 2 minutes. Then add 1/2 pound of feta cheese and let simmer for 2 more minutes. Add this over top of the rice and let it sit for a few minutes. Enjoy.
This is how it's usually eaten. It's supposed to be yak cheese but you can substitute it for a different cheese. Of course you can add your own things but then it no longer becomes the same dishcool im gonna try to make a little and try. can i add other stuff? or this how it's usually
