My favorite is a hot turkey sandwich. Cook and pull apart the turkey in gravy then make a sandwich and pour gravy over top

Today I had some change in my pocket from the bar last night and strip loins were on sale so I grabbed one and it's now marinating. The top tip sirloin were on sale as well so I grabbed a 1.5lb one for $5 but I froze it for some other time. Tomorrow will be chicken for dinner

This is how I do it. I make around 2 cups of rice. You then add a tablespoon of vegetable/olive oil to 3/4 cups of water in a pot. Add around 1/2lb of chopped jalapenos and a medium sized chopped onion. Bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and a medium sized tomato drop temp and let simmer for 2 minutes. Then add 1/2 pound of feta cheese and let simmer for 2 more minutes. Add this over top of the rice and let it sit for a few minutes. Enjoy.

cool im gonna try to make a little and try. can i add other stuff? or this how it's usually
eaten? and do i have to use feta?

This is how it's usually eaten. It's supposed to be yak cheese but you can substitute it for a different cheese. Of course you can add your own things but then it no longer becomes the same dish ;)
