Hell yay! I typically only get this when family is in town or I'm visiting them. It's actually a good thing since this dish a coronary clogger if eaten regularly. That said, I love the stuff! I prefer mine with crushed, fresh thai chili peppers.

LOL! I was not referring to your post but just hinting that I might be having some later.....whatever it is though it looks like it is going to be delish.
I don't eat at KFC much, but is it just me, or has the chicken pieces gotten minuscule compared to the sizes they were 20 years ago?
Hah! I worked there more than twenty years ago and from what I can recall the pieces look about the same to me.I actually have not had KFC in quite a while as the last few times it has been too salty for my liking(and for my blood pressure's sake).I just love fried chicken and I may not even get it from there.
