Usually how we do it. That way we can be out working and come in for dinner and have them ready. Usually we add potatoes and carrots at lunch time and then let them cook.Ever cook em in a crock pot?

I've had squirrel stew before when I was in the south but we have city squirrels up here lol..... They're huge but will eat trash so no thanks.
My wife moved up north here and couldn't believe how big the squirrels were...She even named one of them around our house Mr fat-*$$ lol.Agree. No eating, city squirrels or city pigeons
