We didn't take pics. We had a cooking marathon. We made steak pizzaiola in about 2 gallons of marinara seasoned with Italian spices and sweet Italian sausages. Also breaded and fried split chicken breasts (hammered thin) into cutlets for chicken parmesan. Just finished up a buttermilk cole slaw noodle salad and loaded baked potato mash. I made a corned beef brisket, baby spinach, and shredded potato hash for brunch. While everything was simmering yesterday evening, we enjoyed some meatball stroganoff with wide egg noodles.
